Senior Pastors Report

“Jabez was the one who prayed to the God of Israel, ‘Oh, that you would bless me and expand my territory! Please be with me in all that I do, and keep me from all trouble and pain!’ And God granted him his request.” — 1 Chronicles 4:10 As we reflect on the year behind us and look ahead with expectancy, this prayer of Jabez beautifully captures the heart of what God has done at Harvest Community Church in 2025. From the very beginning of this year, our desire has been simple yet bold—that God would bless what He has established here, expand the territory of our influence, keep His hand upon us, and protect and guide us in all we do. We can confidently say, just as Scripture declares, that God granted that request. Shekina and I continue to be humbled by the opportunity to pastor this great church and witness the transformation taking place in people’s lives. This year, God reminded us once again that the church is not built by human effort alone, but by God’s favor, presence, and power. In 2025, we experienced tangible evidence of the Lord expanding our territory—spiritually, numerically, and in our reach beyond the four walls of the church. God’s blessing was evident across every ministry of Harvest. Lives were changed, families were strengthened, and hope was restored. As Jabez prayed, the hand of the Lord was truly with us. Here are just a few highlights of what God did this year: · Sunday Attendance – We averaged 520 people on Sundays (up 13%). · Water Baptisms – 40 people were baptized. · Food Closet – 1,500 bags of food were given away to people in need. · Easter Weekend – 1,109 people attended our four Sunday services and Good Friday service. Fifty hands were raised for salvation, there were 60 first-time visitors, and over 200 volunteers served. · Embrace Grace – 4 mothers chose life instead of death. · New Harvest Members – 39 people made a commitment to officially join Harvest and make this church their home. · YouTube Channel – Total sermon views reached 12,157. Views increased by 180%, and new subscribers were up 32%. Our most-watched sermon series was The Parables. As we look back, we are reminded that every number represents a person, and every person has a story of God’s faithfulness. None of this would be possible without the prayers, generosity, and unwavering commitment of our Harvest family. You are not simply members—you are partners in ministry, co-laborers in the work God is doing here. Thank you for trusting us, believing in the vision, and walking this journey of faith together. We look ahead with faith and expectation for all that God has in store. Humbly Submitted, Pastors Paul & Shekina Gottlieb

Mark Milton Family_edited.jpg

Mark Milton Hi Harvest Family, My name is Mark Milton, and my wife, Laurie, and I have been attending Harvest Community Church for approximately four years. We have been married for 45 years and have been serving our Lord for 40 years. We are blessed with three wonderful sons—Brett, Kent, and Richard. Throughout our journey of following Jesus, we have both been fully committed to serving the Lord. God has graciously blessed us with servant hearts. When we first decided to follow Jesus, we immediately became involved in ministry at our church, serving in Kids’ Ministry, Youth Ministry, Life Groups, and I was honored to serve on the church board. Here at Harvest, our desire to serve continues. I currently serve on the hospitality team as an usher/greeter, and Laurie and I are involved in men’s and women’s prayer groups, Men’s Ministry, Bible studies, the Food Bank, and serving our kids. God has truly blessed us with hearts to serve, and we want to serve just as He did. I am honored to be considered for the opportunity to serve our congregation and support our staff in this role. Thank you, Mark Milton

Tigran (1)_edited.jpg

Tigran Mikayelyan Hello Harvest Family, My name is Tigran Mikayelyan, and my family and I have been attending Harvest Church since 2019. It has truly been a blessing to call Harvest our home. Previously, I had the privilege of serving on the Harvest board as Treasurer, where I witnessed firsthand how God moved powerfully through this body and did incredible things. I have been walking with the Lord since 2004, when He radically transformed my life during a young adult service. I walked into a church I did not want to be at and walked out completely changed, unable to wait to return the following Sunday. From that moment on, I have continued pursuing the Lord with a deep burden for the lost and a passion for serving Him. Over the years, I have been involved in street evangelism and outreach ministries, including Tsunami, a weekly one-on-one evangelism, discipleship, and open-air preaching ministry in Old Sacramento. I also led the Cross Walk ministry for several years, carrying a cross through the streets of downtown Sacramento and Broadway Boulevard, ministering to individuals, praying over them, and witnessing the power of God deliver addicts, heal bodies, and bring salvation to the lost. In addition, I was part of Adopt-A-Block, Prayer Walk, and Manna, a homeless ministry. I stepped into youth pastoring, which began with two broken teenagers around a round table and, by God’s grace, grew to nearly 200 youth in a matter of one year. I led Bible study groups and prayer groups, served in altar ministry, and was an Associate Pastor at the Sacramento Dream Center in downtown Sacramento. I attended Capital Bible College and participated in multiple overseas mission trips. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany (PK), for over 13 years, and we have three amazing children who all love the Lord and look forward to attending church at Harvest every Sunday. Professionally, I have a background in sales, banking, and finance. For the past seven years, the Lord has opened the door for me to own and operate a Payment Processing and Point-of-Sale company here in Roseville. Through this business, we have been able to support churches and ministries and help expand His Kingdom. I am humbled and honored to be invited once again to serve our church, and I look forward to getting to know everyone more. Thank you! Blessings, Tigran Mikayelyan

Thank you Harvest!

Thank you for another incredible year of helping people discover a loving God and leading them into a growing relationship with Jesus.
